I'm not super clear where you're looking at the ranking - is it in a Campaign, Rank Tracker, or in Keyword Explorer? I might recommend reaching out to us at help@moz.com with the specifics of the keyword, URL, and campaign so that we can check for you. Generally speaking, you may see different results between live SERP pages and our results because we use anonymized methods to pull rank data and approximate what a national searcher may see.
