How to find the Hash tag with more reach?
http://hashtags.org/ - Give trends for the more popular hashtags. In your case, I just popped both into search (can do it on Twitter too) and just see which has been getting more results (in this case, I'd go with #carpics) If someone knows of a better service (maybe checks synonyms, related terms, etc) to choose the best hashtags possible, I'd also be interested.

How to highlight a excel cell in red if more than 140 chars in it?
After an hour or so of messing around with it, I found a Solution! So you have to have two rules. First one is Cell is Empty, set the background color to white (not sure why this is needed, but it is crucial for it to work) Second rule is Custom Formula is =len(B2)>150, set background color to red (this will set it to red if the their is over 150 characters. This test spreadsheet really helped me out. (gotta make a copy to mess with it) https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ScDqtZvhsmf2iByAuxHBu0-ESpX_TE5pdtBvAxOJ99E/edit#gid=1620525099 Your welcome, Chris U7rW8SV

Footer copyright year statement. good or bad
I agree with Bryce that it probably doesn't affect Google's perception of the page at all. However, from a user standpoint an "outdated" copyright could work against you. I see it as a sort of trust signal. I was on a page earlier that said "Copyright 2001" and I just couldn't get over it. If they can't bother to update the date on their site, why would they bother with having me as a customer? Just something to think about. Great question.
