Have you gotten the opportunity to run the site through http://pro.seomoz.org/tools/crawl-test it tells you it takes 2 days but I find normally takes about 20 min. the information it gives I think is far greater than what Google Webmaster tools can ever do. Are you replying to me when you say you think it's correct about the pages having one being a category and the other being a page? Were you referring to the challenge that posted 1st? I do a lot of WordPress and would be more than happy to look at it again if you would like me to? this answered your question then? if it did please follow the guidelines and give credit where you feel are appropriate.
