Urls in Bilingual websites
Hi Armin Saberzadeh, I think it is quite fine to have the French translations in URLs like www.abc.com/fr/livre. Though it is also fine to leave it www.abc.com/fr/book If you have only English & French content and it isn't hard to implement, I would advice using www.abc.com/fr/livre The second point. I do not think it is fine to have the same page in different languages about different topics like books and pencils just from user's point of view. However you can create your pages the way you want and using tags you can tell search engines that www.abc.com/fr/crayon is the French version of the www.abc.com/book page. You can learn more about the hreflang tags on here. Regards,

Does making a copy of website harm my SEO?
Hi Armin, Let me give you an idea on what could happen, if Google finds you development/ staging site what happened in a case I saw happen is that the site lost over 40% of traffic for 2-3 months until it was fixed. Costing the site a couple of million visits, guess what that did to the revenue ;-). Edit: a couple of million visits, not money ;-).

How many back links a day?
The mindset of "get as many backlinks as you can" is now old school SEO. This type of SEO is likely to be completely ineffective or at worst, can get you penalized or have Google look at your site unfavorably through the Penguin algorithm. While links are still an important part of the algorithm, Google has gotten really good, in most cases, at determining which links are truly earned links and then counting those. One really good earned link can be worth hundreds of self made links. Rather than concentrating on how many links a day to make, I'd work on finding ways to get people to link to your content truly naturally.

Page titles, Keyword rich or single keyword?
The latest company is applying a better practice for your site. Your previous company's methods may have worked a very long time ago and very likely creating a negative impact today. Since you are accessing MOZ, you can test the validity of their work using the on page grader. Hope this helps.

H tags
Hi Claudia, The first H1 one is for the blog and the second one is for the article. It seems to be right because if you go to the blog main page there are many H1. One for the blog page and then one for each article. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks Armin

How to lay off your SEO compnay?
Armin, Before you tell your SEO company, I recommend that you thoroughly review any contracts that you signed in order to make sure you understand everything. I would make sure that you make backups of any content that has been produced, and make sure you change the appropriate passwords on the site and on any tools that the SEO firm may have access to: Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, etc. Your conversation should be focused around leaving your SEO firm in good standing if possible, because there could be issues later on that arise (if they're mad at you, they could start some negative SEO or cause other hassles).

How many articles are ok to publish a day on my website blog?
Google does limit the number of pages it crawls and indexes based on your PageRank. So if you don't have a lot of external links, then if you publish 10 articles a day they may not be crawled or indexed in a timely fashion. The higher the authority of your site, the more content Google will index, and sooner.
