First of all that would be difficult if you want to rank for 'celebrity' name. Now coming to your question yes you can target "celebrity" name to rank for a keyword but If you you’re using competitor brand terms on your own pages – a risky proposition from a legal standpoint.

So try to avoid to use exact name on webpage content. Rest there are no restriction.

Here I am providing you few checkpoints either of them could be reason for not showing your products in Google shopping.

(1) google may sometimes take 24-72 hours or so
before a properly processed data-feed can be seen
within the adwords account; the feed must be valid.

(2) be certain a product_type attribute is submitted
using plain text and > separated taxonomy data ; e.g.

There are various other factors that affects ranking apart from DA & PA so it is not the best way to judge ranking only on the basis of same or similar DA.

I would not suggest that first of all I don't understand why do you want to redirect from.php to extension with parameters.

How many redirects are too many?

There is no limit but if you are doing chain redirect 2-3 max would be fine not more that that. To more info please watch Matt cutts video on this

I don't think so. The purpose of internal linking is to flow link juice so I don't think if you use url with parameters(& or ?) will help to improve ranking.

it is recommended that standard HTML links is good for internal linking.
