Keyword issue
Yes That exact phrase is mentioned 8 times on the home page. It is mentioned 3 times on every page in the site, once in the header and twice in the footer. You also have very similar phrases in the footer on every page "Filme gratis", "filme online", "Filme online". Most of the pages also have a sidebar with the same phrases as well. There is a lot of cannibalization on the site, along with keyword stuffing and a 404 error for the Tutoriale tab in your navigation bar.

Parasite Hosting
What you are essentially talking about is creating offsite gateway pages. Gateway pages are definitely considered spam when done for the sole purpose of link building and ranking. Squidoo is not a bad site and we have many pages (lens) on squidoo and the pages have unique content. It is a good place to market your content and build personal authority. If your squidoo lens is high authority and have ton of links to it then a link from that particular page to your website will carry some link juice. However, the goal should be to create good quality lens to help users. It is also important to note that Google latest panda update has impacted the traffic and ranking of content farms and low quality content sites like hub pages, ehow, ezine article. It is quiet possible that squidoo has lost traffic as well because there are tons of lens that are low quality and were build for the sole purpose of link building. Best Sameer

Self-Cannibalization issue
The same thing confused me to begin with when I first started using these tools. I found that this issue would be raised when I checked a newly published post. It turns out that as I use the "recent posts" widget on my sidebar then the tool would see the title text and link as an issue and flag it up. Is it really such an issue? Eventually that post won't be shown in the widget as more posts are published. Based in that do you think it's OK to ignore the issue in this instance?

Keyword Cannibalization
You just need to ensure that there are set pages with relevant keywords for them, and don't cross the keywords with the other pages. There's two SEOmoz articles on it by Rand from ages ago here: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/keyword-selfcannibalization http://www.seomoz.org/blog/how-to-solve-keyword-cannibalization

Optimizetions issue
lol, well... there's about a million and one reasons that could be But I'd hazard a guess as the main reasons being the same keyword phrase spread though-out the site including in title tags, and the whacking great ad banner at the top of every page as soon as it loads Get rid of the ad or move it, and focus on different keywords for different pages
