Hi Gianluca, None of the online tools will show you all of the links. However you can create an excel sheet and use a bunch of services to collect all the backlinks they can find. Once you've collected all the backlinks from your Google webmaster tools, Open site explorer, Majestic, and whatever other software you want to use, add all these links to an excel sheet and remove the duplicates.
