hello, what is the maximum rate of similarity between two pages to avoid duplicate content? We often talk (in France) at a rate of 70%

I had major problems with one of my sites due to Panda and I've been asked this question many times. I've never found out an exact number but after rewriting the content the site now preforms extremely well.

I spent a long time trying to find that figure but couldn't find a solid answer.

Using copyscape.com helped a bit.

I'll be interested in what other people have to say on this subject.
