Facebook ads - how do I switch accounts?

I've had an absolute nightmare with Facebook Ads.

I manage a business page and, when I boosted a post on Facebook, it accidentally did it as me (not the business) and I couldn't remove it. To get it removed, I had to delete my Facebook account, start it again, and that removed all credit card and campaign data, but still gave me a Facebook Ads account.

Now, I;m trying to create new ads and I've gone through 'Promotions', 'Go to Adverts Manager', and then when I click that, it still signs me in as my account, and not the business account. I've read online that you can't delete old Facebook Ads Accounts, but surely there must be another way to remove this old personal account, and replace it with a business one?
