Why blog pages are not ranking in Google search?

There are a wide variety of factors that make up Google's algorithm, which means it's difficult to pinpoint exactly why your specific blog pages aren't showing up. However, my first thought is that your query is too broad. Here's an example:

Pepsico is an internationally recognized company with a successful blog. Their blog pages are also indexed and presumably receiving good traffic. But if you search "Pepsico Blog," you're going to run into the same thing you're seeing. Instead of individual blog pages, you'll get their homepage, blog subdomain page and other more general search results. What you won't see is a specific blog post on, for example, their latest innovation projects.

Your individual blog pages are competing for the general search query "Fundsindia Blog" with other pages that Google deems more relevant to the searcher. If your homepage and blog subdomain are showing up first, that's a good thing. I would concentrate more of your efforts towards optimizing your individual blog pages for long-tail keywords, or post-specific topics/questions.

Are your blog posts showing up for specific keywords that have to do with individual blog posts? Like Madeline mentioned, your top level blog page won't always rank when your query is something like "Fundsindia Blog" is the query. Your goal should be to have your company's blog show up on the Page One of Google when someone searches, "What are dividend yield funds?" Ideally this blog would show up in the results, bringing traffic to your website. Focus your blogs on topics that people are searching, but also on topics that have opportunities for you to rank!

Also, I was looking at your website and noticed that the main website is HTTPS, but the blog is not. Is there a reason for this? Is the blog a part of the main domain or separate? I would also ensure that the blog is HTTPS for consistency purposes.

I just did a search for "fundindias blog" and it produced as your first result your blog's home page and it listed underneath it sitelinks to 6 of your blog's categories.  Not sure if are seeing this when you search or not.

In terms of individual blog posts ranking, have you tried creating some links to individual posts?  Many times people put an amazing amount of effort to building the content for their blog but neglect to create links to them.  That usually helps quite a bit.
