PowerReviews - any current customers out there?

We really need to get some type of product review section on our ecommerce stores - is anyone currently using PowerReviews (or Bazarrvoice) that can provide some feedback on integration and configuration and SEO/conversion benefits after implementation?  I've seen a few topics on this but most were vague on the subject.

I am not using it but considering it.  They also have Power Reviews Express.

We use Power Reviews Express.  There are no SEO benefits since it's a javascript widget that pulls their review content into the user's browser during page load.  However, they do have a more-expensive inline-SEO version that will put spiderable content on your page.

I's say we're very happy with PR so far.
