PowerReviews - any current customers out there?

We really need to get some type of product review section on our ecommerce stores - is anyone currently using PowerReviews (or Bazaarvoice) that can provide some feedback on integration and configuration and SEO/conversion benefits after implementation?  I've seen a few topics on this but most were vague on the subject.

There are two versions. Express and regular. The express version doesn't give you on-page seo benefits because it is javascript based. The regular version does but you need to do some integration.

The benefit of both is customer affirmation of product and the ease of writing reviews.

We use the express version.
