How can I run a refresh in open site explorer?

I went and corrected some issues related to the spam flags. it looks like my sites results are cached and I"d like to refresh them.

Unfortunately you'll have to wait for the next Mozscape update to see the effects of your changes in Open Site Explorer.

Next update is scheduled for 9th December.
