(301 Redirect) [No Title] ???

For my main URL litgen.com in Open Site Explorer its showing a (301 Redirect) [No Title] for litgenconcrete.com/ with a spam score of 9.  Why spam?  should I fix it? what's up?

Right now that other domain is parked by GoDaddy. It seems that a 301 redirect was in place but it is not working anymore. Do you own that domain?

I am having a similar issue with www.bpair.com, which redirects to www.bpgroup.com. The redirect is still working and in place but I am getting the same response (301 Redirect) [No Title] and a spam score of 9. Why is this happening?
