Moz bar problem?

I have a little problem regarding Moz bar. I had a FB and Twitter account earlier for my company. I have lost access to those accounts. Also they did'nt had my likes and followers (less than 10). My current Fb and Twitter account are active. Fb has 123 Like. And that the same account I am mentioned on my website. Still MozBar is only detecting that earlier account. Is there a way I could re-direct moz bar to my new accounts?

I would propose to contact the help team with this kind of inquiry. The fact is, that we, as a community, wont be able to help you out with such a technical issue (but engineers from Moz can take a look from their part).
Just go and write an email to them: help @ moz.com
I am convinced that they will quickly answer your question there.

Can you try logging out of your account from the MozBar? Please click the Settings button and the Logout button to sign-out and then sign back in with your account, as shown in this screenshot:
http://www.screencast.com/t/ROqaUFd8oUloThis should log you out of your Moz account on moz.com as well. When you log back in, check the MozBar to see if things are updated, and if not, try refreshing your page one more time.
