Form Only Pages Considered No Content/Duplicate Pages
-
We have a lot of WordPress sites with pages that contain only a form. The header, sidebar and footer content is the same as what's one other pages throughout the site. Each form page has a unique page title, meta description, form title and questions but the form title, description and questions add up to probably less than 100 words.
Are these form pages negatively affecting the rankings of our landing pages or being viewed as duplicate or no content pages?

Hi Anthony,
They probably won't influence your rankings negatively. But if you're worried about them it would be useful to exclude them or prevent them from Google for indexing or crawling at all. You could do this of course via robots.txt or META robots.

Anthony,
If those pages are important pages or you can say, do you have targeted main keywords on this page? then it will affect.
If they are just contact-us form pages or similar like that, then it won't affect. Google can understand these kind of pages very well. So don't worry.
It will not affect but also it will not give you any benefits too. So it would be great if you can add some unique content on those pages. some how It will help you.
