Best interval to track a keyword

Hi everyone, I want to rank my keyword ok , then I shall track it in interval time,

what is the best interval time? maybe every 2 days or 3 or a week or every backlink update in google?

Generally a week at a time is a good interval, this is also the rate at which Moz sends out crawl reports or rankings.
