I would be careful not to post duplicate content on your sites.  It's very obvious that the two sites are associated with one another, and it wouldn't be difficult for Google to figure it out.

Honestly, if it were up to me, I would consolidate all my efforts to the second domain - because the first domain is an EMD (exact match domain).  Avoid any potential problems in the future if Google attacks EMDs harder by using your branded domain.  Actually - I just ran a search for "military loans" and your branded domain shows up higher anyways (despite a lower DA and PA).

If you do decide to consolidate your efforts on one domain, make sure you 301 redirect the other domain and pages to their new homes.
