Google webmaster and analytics access to others with restricted and user access is this ok and secure?

With this access can anyone tamper anything?

Hi,

Yes it is ok and secure. Adding users with these restrictions basically gives them read access rights to the relevant accounts but they cannot change settings, add/delete users or generally cause any unforeseen trouble!
