Rank Tracking Software
-
I am looking for a software to track all keywords my website is ranking for. I am aware that SEMrush can accomplish this, but as I am paying for mOz already, I was looking for something less expensive.
mOz has a feature to track keywords that drive traffic to your website by linking it to your google analytics, but I want to find more than that...I want EVERYTHING.
Does anyone know/use this kind of software
*Please comment with specific programs/software/tools in your response. I need real suggestions. I'm not looking for the Matt Cutts "cookie cutter" answer (like what I did there?) like "you should search your analytics for words you're already ranking for".
Thanks!

There's a difference between tracking everything your website is ranking for, and tracking what your website is ranking for and people are actually searching for. My husband's site ranks in first place for the phrase query "We also run the R/C Naval Combat forum" but no one is actually searching that and it has no impact on our business. There are literally an infinite number of things your site could be ranking for.
I don't have a solution for you, but did want to bring up the difficulty in providing "everything".

Hi Alex,
If you have an idea of what keywords you would like to check the ranking for, then there are a couple of tools you can start using. Advanced Web Ranking has a thirty-day free trial and can handle large amounts of search volume with consistent accuracy and over 2000 search engines. This is used as an external tool and can be set to update automatically. As well, Bright Local offers a similar tool with many of the same functions, although only ten keywords can be calculated per ranking run in the free trial version.
If you do not know which keywords your site could be ranking for, trying using the Google Adwords Keyword Tool to help generate some likely ideas. As stated previously, your site could be ranking any number of unlikely, worthless keywords, and you want to measure the ones which matter.

I use Myseotool.com, and it is simple and cost effective (for me)
Hope this helps!

There is also Authority Labs
https://authoritylabs.com/pricing/The pricing/domains/keywords are similar to myseotool.com, but myseltool.com beats it out at the beginner level.
I use Authority Labs right now, but I'm definitely going to watch this thread closely as I just started using them and I'd be open to moving for a less expensive or greater feature tool.
