Is there way to identify all back links throughout a site or do I have to check one site page at a time? Thanks!

Sorry if it is obvious, but I can't seem to figure it out. I'd like to be able to run a report that will list all of the back links on every page of my site.

Google webmaster tools will allow you export all of the backlinks to your site, within any page. Also, in open site explorer, by default it shows links just to one URL. Make sure you select the dropdown "All pages on root domain" and it will show you all links to all of your pages.

Run a search with Open Site Explorer and select "links from external pages" and "to all pages on the subdomain", then export the .csv. That way you have all the links the Roger Mozbot has found linking to your site with PA and DA metrics.
Or use Yahoo! Sitexplorer, that gives you the opportunity to export the report too.
