      you have configured such that even a simple test to collect the 100 dollars has, but I can not afford it, the money I have caught was the money I had to eat this week all my family.
      Please I need the money back!

        Your post is a bit confusing, and since you're no longer a PRO member, I know you won't be able to respond and clarify. If this is perhaps referring to the SEOmoz trial and the $99 a month subscription after the free month, please contact our help desk at help@seomoz.org.

          Free trial or scam

          A month ago I signed on SEOmoz, download the free month trial, but did not speak English fluently, I'm using the google translator, today I see that SEOmoz has claimed a membership of 99 dollars, if I could use the free version unless I use the paid version, why are charging me the money if I only had interest in the test? I do not want, do not want much less I can afford to pay 99 dollars for a tool that you use. On the other hand, I am unemployed, in a very precarious situation, with no income to cover living expenses of my family, is that money was going to be used to pay for food this week, now do not know how we eat Please someone explain them company staff my situation and proceed to refund my money.

          Thanks for any help you can give me.

            Our software is on the web, it is not a downloadable software. First, I want to make sure that you're talking about the SEOmoz software and not something else.

            For a refund of the SEOmoz software, please email help@seomoz.org. We should be able to easily refund your money.

            If another site is mis-representing out software, please also let us know in the email to our help team and we will investigate.

              I don't  I don't speak English but I try to understand, I know the SEOmoz is a software online, no download, but on the emotional state and concern in which I find I can't express with all clarity,sorry.

              I received a message from Chiaryn Miranda, tells me they're going to help solve the problem.
