Are sliding text SEO friendly?

I am wondering if sliding text SEO friendly such as this webpage:

If it isn't is there a way to make it SEO Friendly?

Scrolling text IS SEO friendly. It must be in the format of HTML and not projecting from a database to make it render the code. I.E not Dynamic.

Taysir, I'm not sure what you mean by sliding text--I don't see anything on that page that I would call sliding text.  I see the drop down navigation, though and if that's what you're talking about it is seo friendly.

OK--that's an accordion.  You're good.

So long as you can see the text in the source code, you're usually in good shape.
