Posts and Page linking

Can I link from the post to page? I read on semoz that in order to avoid crazy linking I should not link from a post everywhere. Is it ok to link from some post which is in a category to a page?

Linking from posts within your own site should be fine, as long as you don't overdo it. Use your common sense when linking out from your posts, but 2-3 links per post from an average blog post should be fine.

Thank you very much Takeshi! But will tthat not be causing a crazy interlinking? I have several categories in the main menu and also pages. If I have a post in category Kenya Travel News can I really link from that post to a page?
