Well for starters, you seem to have quite a lot of dodgy backlinks.

For example http://www.le-compas.ca/ (spam) and lots of directory links.

OSE is telling me you have 49 linking root domains (+ the ones that won't show up), and the large majority is in fact directory links.

There are quite a lot of on-page improvements to be made on your own website as well, but once again reading the SEOmoz beginner above will help you get started on that.

how your consultation works?

1. we need someone who can tell us straight to the point what needs to remove on the website?,

2. how the seo expert will remove our website on spam backlinks.., like spam http://www.le-compas.ca we have link their but we need a seo to remove our website on http://www.le-compas.ca.

3. how we will improve the site.

4. etc..

I dont want to sound rude but we want a seo to do this thing, and not just giving us some advice.

I dont know either if this a seo expert job, but if someone can help us.  let us know.
