SEO Drop rename pages

Some of key product pages have dropped due to what I think is overused anchor text. Can we rename them, and start again?

Yes definitely, Google's over optimization penalty seems to be impacting a lot of sites. Your best bet would be to reduce the over optimization on the pages , hopefully when Google indexes the new changes, you will regain your rankings.

thanks. We have reduce the links but google is still showing in Web Master - does it take a long time for google to drop the links?
