If a site has 50 pages, but 95% of the traffice goes to 5 pages , should I 301 the other 45 pages to the top 5 pages?
The 45 pages do have a few links, all have moz trust around 50 and are really for marketing.
The 5 pages are the meet of the site, the quote engine and interactive stuff.
This is all in response to last friday, I have 60 keywords in the top 10 and now thye are all in the top 30 at best. PAGE RANK is still 5s and 6s on all of these pages....
NO PROBLEM ON THIS SITE UNTIL LAST FRIDAY!

My gut instinct would be no, don't do anything as drastic as getting rid of 45 pages. Is there a way you can give your visitors a reason to visit these other pages? 45 pages isn't a huge number. Could you add something compelling to each one of those pages? Even if it still didn't get a lot of traffic, at least it would have more of a purpose.
What does your internal linking structure look like? Are you linking to these other 45 pages, or do they all pretty much just link back to your top 5? That's also something to consider. You might work on optimizing your internal link structure and see if that helps.
Just be aware that removing all those pages could just make everything even worse. So proceed with caution would be my advice.

I link to them from the home page, that is why they are all PR 5'd, and then they link to the 5 main pages.
I had 75 anchortext links on my home page linking to them, which I have removed as of today!

I'd say that's a substantial enough change. I'd wait and see what happens in the next week or so. Does googlebot visit your site fairly often?
