Think it would take a bit of time to go through them all but basically any links that are:

• Standalone
• Sitewide
• Without any content surrounding them
• High volumes of links with the same anchor text and no real mix

Will probably get you these kinds of messages, having a quick look at those links, the ones in forums, just on profiles that are standalone stand out as ones that are probably a bit dodgy.

There are link removal tools out that can help you scrape these away. I would suggest looking into those and sending a reinclusion request once you get rid.

I did a quick check of your backlinks and noticed two red flags:

• Most of your links use keyword anchor texts. Natural link profiles tend to use more brand and url anchor texts.
• I saw a bunch of forum signature and profile page links that may have been mass created. Definitely a spammy type of link.
