Facebook Share Metrics

Is there a method, program, or app to view how many Facebook shares each page/content has on a website. Is there a plugin if the site is a wordpress blog? I'm looking to see how many shares or top shared content are on a specific website.

ShareBar for WordPress is pretty good. Most sharing plugins have a counter of some sort that shows the count of how many times a page(it uses the URL) has been tweeted, shared, or stumbled upon etc.

I stumbled across this page the other day for Google Analytics Social Interaction, but i'm not sure if this is outdated by the recent GA Social Reporting.

Does anyone know if this still works?

In what I can see with GA, I can view most social interactions except Twitter and Facebook.  So if this code works then we should have all sources.

Do you have a campaign set up for that site? If you add the Facebook account to a campaign you can see that info. Check out the attached screenshot from the SEOmoz account.
