Hey There

One quick issue I see you need to fix - your homepage can load several ways

www.aplusmidlandstorage.com/index.html <--goes to "default" main page template from webhost

soooo...

they all need to redirect to a singular homepage, I recommend www.aplusmidlandstorage.com
make your internal links point to this singular version of the homepage
you may want to use a canonical tag just to be safe.

That ought to be a good start

PS - also, get your brand name at the end of every title tag and keyword in front (keep to 70 characters or less still)
