Wordpress forum with SEO

I have a wordpress website. I would really like to install some kind of Q&A forum where users can submit questions and get answers, achieve points, etc. (much like Yahoo answers...or even here!). I am by no means a CSS or PHP programmer, so if anyone knows of a plug and play forum that is SEO friendly, please let me know. Thanks!
