I know its not an SEO question, but.......................

Can anyone suggest a few good website translation "widgets"

I  would like to give those who are not fluent in English and option to choose another language in which to view the page text.

Chrome takes care of that pretty well. I am not aware of any widgets per se. I assume you are looking to install this on your website, right?

Yep, looking to enable folks to read content in a variety of languages.

Also, wondering if there is any negatives related to adding language translation to a website?
