There are a ton of reason your competition is ranking so high.

• Domain Name - HUGE factor - nearly impossible to NOT get top ranking for "best sleeping pills" when you domain is "bestsleepingpills.corg"
• the .ORG helps/if it cannot be .COM "Just my personal opionion"
• Anchor text is down consistent & solid from all networks.
• Heavy link back from several blogs
• All link backs to him are 100% Relevant to his industry

Thanks convergent...but my interest is the service he uses to add those posts to all those blogs...and those blogs are all WAHM sites and really do not have a direct link to sleeping pills...

I am trying to find out the service he is using.
