Duplicate Page Title/Page Content Errors return URLs showing strange string of characters

Chad,
I would advise you to ask your software developer this question. The SEOmoz and Google crawler both work by visiting your home page and crawling every link possible. They will crawl your "print this page" links, your entire payment system, etc.
I am not familiar enough with ASP nor your shopping cart / payment collection system to know the answer, but my best guess is either your shopping cart or CMS is generating these URLs somewhere for a specific purpose. Once you figure out how and why this is happening, you can then take appropriate action to fix the problem.
The SEO crawler is alerting you to the issue but unfortunately that's as far as it can go in this case.

Thanks for your response Ryan.
I appreciate it. If only the SEO crawler would find the problem and fix it, this SEO thing would be so much easier! = ) I talked with our developer, and he has no idea what could be causing it. Our site is scheduled to be crawled again today so we'll see if the number of links or the links themselves change. I'll let you know.

Chad, try speaking directly with the software's developers. They probably offer a forums or other means of contact. They will surely recognize this issue instantly even if the developer you are working with does not.
This type of issue does not fix itself. I expect your next crawl report to show the same issue, unless the issue is with the crawl itself or an action was taken on your site to correct the problem.
