Last year was a pre-panda world.  A lot has changed over the last year in Google's search algorithm.  SEOMoz keeps a complete list here: http://www.seomoz.org/google-algorithm-change.

Using social bookmarking sites and article submissions aren't pulling the same weight as they used to.  Content is king now... you'll have to write high-quality posts that people want to read, link to, tweet about, share on Facebook, etc.

I agree with John.  Since the Panda updates I've focused more on on-site content building and really making the articles long and as informational as possible, and I've begun ranking for those keywords rather quickly.  I think consistent and quality posts are key.

I Post good content for the past one month.All are lengthy. What should be a possible solution in terms of website optimization?

How must be the robots.txt file i should add to my wordpress blog? I find all blogs using it

Any recommended wordpress plugins? I use all in one seo.

The PR of your website is not important here.

What is the URL of your blog and which search terms do you want to rank for?

Also, what content do you post to your blog? Since Panda, anything shady (particularly in blogs or article websites) can and will cause your site plenty of problems in the SERP.

The facebook pages and Zimbio post shared from my blog are ranking in front of my blog.

Thanks for posting your website URL. I haven't much time to go through it in detail but the obvious things that struck me are:

*There is literally no content above the 'fold'.
*Ad to content ratio is far too high.
*The TAGs section in your footer is full of spammy keywords such as Hacks, Earn Money etc...
*'Make Money Online' is almost certain to get your site noticed by Google.

That's just something to think about for the time being!

I think if you correct those things, build good quality incoming links and post content which users will enjoy reading then your site should start to improve in the rankings within a few weeks.
