Should I no follow the embed code for youtube videos on my site?

Since it is not an internal page, would it make sense to nofollow links to my youtube videos throughout my site?

My first thought is "No, you shouldn't".

First of all, nofollow is a tool to stop other websites from getting link juice. This is primary for websites you don't trust. But I believe you trust Youtube, right? Plus that it's your own videos on Youtube that you link to, another reason to not put nofollow.

• Agree with Albin. You don't stand to gain anything from putting a nofollow on the links.

I think that linking out with followed links is generally a good idea So, No you shouldn't.
