Is it possible to extract the exact USER search terms used on adwords campaigns?

Suppose I have a adwords campaign, with an adgroup targetting the broad match term "cell phones".

Is it possible to get metrics on the exact keywords users have used to create ad impressions, clicks or conversions for that campaign?

Yes you can see this in two places:

1. Within Adwords you can go to the keywords tab and there will be a button directly above your list called "See search terms".

2. In analytics go to Traffic Sources >> Adwords >> Keywords. Then if you look at the drop down in the second column that  currently has  "none" selected you can chose "matched search query" and that will show you as well
