I don't know this particular group well enough to make an assessment but you should ask for a client list or examples of link building campaigns they have managed in the past ==> review their work and judge for your self. You usually get what you pay for... if you're getting these guys on the cheap then expect a lot of forum spam and low quality links. Google is looking at link quality more closely these days so be sure you are getting quality links from authoritative and trusted sites. Pay the money to reputable groups to do this work. Don't take chances with paid links, etc. Google will hammer your site.

I was about to reply with "it's one of several kisses of death" to work with this type of site, However after taking a quick look, I think if you find some niche type sites that will link to you from a decent page, it will be fine. You just want to be sure to stay away from automated link 'building' sites, or 'automated' article submission sites... those type of things. Google is looking for natural link building patterns. You'll want to find links from sites that have the potential to provide qualified traffic to your site. I'd be more inclined to advise you to focus on creating great 'linkable' content, that will "earn" links. Perhaps some 'user-generated' content too. I'd advise spending time in blogs related to your site's content, where you can dialogue and earn links and traffic. Whatever you do, avoid the 'quick' way of doing things. Read as much as you can on this and other reputable sites. Avoid getting too many links with the same anchor text. I could go on and on, but it would be more fun for you to hear it from a variety of sources. Here is a nice start - The Future of Link Building - an SEOmoz tutorial. http://www.seomoz.org/webinars/future-of-link-building

          Andy 🙂
