Google Keyword Traffic Estimator

Does the keyword tool and traffic estimator only show data from the search network or does it also include their display network? I'm trying to figure out if the estimated clicks it shows includes people who are clicking text or display ads posted on other sites.

"The estimates are for searches on Google only; they don't include estimates for the number of clicks your ads might receive on placements you choose or on the rest of the Google Network."
