You may want to try taking off the "mature content" type of stuff on the page. I see a few things that may have risen a flag for adsense.

It showed up perfectly in my place O.o;

I open this http://www.justinbieberoriginal.com/ , and just under the Google Custom Search , the adsense showed up

I removed the "sensitive content" i think because of that it showed up.. for me also it shows up some times now but not always
