Keyword Ranking Question

I have recently hired a SEO company to help with our keyword. My question is what are the best tools to use to verify what that are reporting.  I can do an unpersonalized search, but I am likely still getting the my local results.  I have been using the SEOmoz rank tracker in the past but for some reason it is not able to retrieve results over the past day or so.

Are there any other good tools to check ranking for an exact url at the for non-localized, non personalized results?

I can see Augusto's point, as a new user myself I still to discover what SEOMOz has to offer!!!!

I need to stress the fact that using keyword ranking tools that are not up to Search Engine Algorithms will do you more harm than good, in Googles own terms they specifically said that they do not like anyone using such automated tools to check for keyword ranking.

By the way, sorry about the intermittent problems with the Rank Tracker. We're aware of some instability and our team is working on it.

Also - for non-localization, set your location to "United States". Not perfect, but it works pretty well.
