How long would it usually take for a web page to start appearing on page 1 of google. Any suggetion for airport parking keyword will be much appreciated, if anyone want to take a look at the website and make any suggetions, they will be much appreciated

That's a kind of "How long is a piece of string?" question I'm afraid. One that nobody can ever really answer. For one, you can't really say it will ever appear for any particular keyword. You can make an educated guess based on the competition, the factors around the site itself and the content, along with a whole bunch of other stuff... but even then it's difficult to put time scales on things like that.

Also, what SEO is being done, who is doing it and how much do they know about what to do.

Even if you get page one, that could mean position 9 or something, so you still wouldn't get that much traffic. Once you're there, how long will you stay there??

There's a lot of info needed to get anywhere near even making an educated guess.

Edit I just had a look at your site, you seem to be aiming at Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester and more, but your headline on the homepage is:

MANCHESTER AIRPORT PARKING ON LINE DISCOUNTS

And your title tag is similar. This is not good!!

If I were looking for airport parking at Heathrow and saw your title tag in the serps, I wouldn't click as at first glance it looks to be Manchester only. If I did click, I'd instantly see that headline jump out at me and I'd click the back button.

Some pages will appear on page 1 the first day the page is online. Other pages will never make the first page. There are many factors involved which include your site's links, the page's links, how well the page is optimized for the keyword involved and how much competition there is for the given keyword.

As Steve mentioned, your first step would be to determine your locations. Your home page mentions "Airport Parking services provided at - Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester, Liverpool & Leeds". When I look at the page, it seems optimized mainly for Manchester. This is a problem.

You may want to have your home page be a generic "UK Airport Parking" page, and then offer specific pages for each individual airport. This approach will lead to better rankings for each of the 9 areas your site covers. Also, by removing the other 8 airport listings from the Manchester page, you will be better optimized and not have your focus diluted.
