What I do personally is use Feed Burner and Twitter Feed. With these I can post articles etc. on my blog page (wordpress) and have it automatically update my RSS (Feed Burner), Twitter and Facebook pages.

I use the Socialite plugin on my wp blogs. Not only can you have your posts automatically tweeted, but you can also use a URL shortener of your choice, and cross post to facebook and myspace as well.
