MVT with Adwords copy?

I'm not great with PPC stuff so this might be obvious or impossible but...

Using the standard adwords interface is there anyway to give it X headlines, Y first lines and Z second lines which it will then rotate until it finds the best combination?

Alternatively, if I was to create these ads in Excel or similar, is there an easy way to upload all the different ads?

Try http://www.google.com/intl/en/adwordseditor/  i think is great for managing your keywords/ads.

you can also do "Dynamic Insertion" on every line to match the keyword. Not sure if that helps

I'm using this now but not quite what I'm after doesn't seem significantly easier though if it had an auto-fill function it'd be good.

No, just keyword phrases

Go into adwords editor - go to the ads tab hit make multiple changes then hit add multiple text ads  - you should see a window you can past from excel into - you may need to fiddle with this till you get your excel feed to match up to what you want to do -That  is how you do it.
