How do folks present the SEOmoz reports to clients?

How are people presenting the SEOmoz reports to clients?

• Do you just export to PDF and email it?
• Cut and paste items inside some other kind of personalized format?
• Add adobe style sticky notes to explain things on top of the reports?
• Or something else that is wonderful and endearing to your clients?

I run the PDF and the cut and paste so it has my own branding then follow up with a phone call.
