That's a little difficult for me to read (not least of all because of all the automatic linking, curse you WYSIWYG!!!), so hope you don't mind clarifying a few things.

Do you mean that the mozbar thinks that the main domain is com.ua instead of site.com.ua?

If so I think that might be a toolbar glitch at it just doesn't recognise the [dot]com.ua as a TLD, so maybe email SiteSupport@SEOmoz.org to confirm.

The mozBar treats com.ua as a top level domain.  The confusion seems to be between the root domain google.com.ua and the subdomain www.google.com.ua.  For a more complete explination of root domains vs. subdomains, here's a helpful article:  http://www.seomoz.org/blog/understanding-root-domains-subdomains-vs-subfolders-microsites
