SeoMoz is reporting duplicate content, title tags, and other meta information and seems to be showing that my mobile site (located on m.website.com) is a duplicate of website.com

I was figuring I could add "Mobile SiteName" to the title to avoid the duplicate title but am a little confused as to how to approach the duplicate content side of it

You can't really get rid of the dupicate content issue by just changing the title of the mobile webpage. Are your visitors on the mobile web page organic? If not, then just place noindex on it to get rid of the problem since I believe that would help.

Matt Cutts talks about it here.  And here's some info from the Google Webmaster Blog.  What he's recommending is to serve your mobile pages to Googlebot Mobile, and your regular pages to Googlebot.

And here a relevant Q&A question with some good answers.

I wouldn't change the title to "Mobile SiteName" unless when your site comes up in Google's Mobile Search, you want the page title to actually read "Mobile SiteName".

Seo Moz is reporting duplicate content and duplicate titles. I was saying I could change the title to approach one side of the problem, but was unsure how to approach the other.

Based on other posts I have read and info from Matt Cutts on this it seems like it is a reporting failure on the part of SeoMoz's tool.

Yeah... if you want the mobile version of your pages to appear in the mobile SERPs, I think you have to live with these errors.  If you'd prefer your regular page to appear in the mobile SERPs, and you'll redirect the user when they get there, then you could rel=canonical your mobile site pages to their corresponding www pages, which should take care of these errors.
