Keyword Planner Alernative

Hi all, since Google has set limits to the amount of searches we can do on a given adwords account (dependant on spend), has anyone found an alternative to keyword planner? I use the acount of a client that spends some decent cash on adwords, but even that doesn't mean Google is not going to limit that account as I use it quite intensely.

I tried Moz's Keyword Explorer but it doens't give any search data for Belgium (the marekt I'm working in)

Have you tried SEMrush and Sistrix? Both offer very usable data.

I'm sure there are others but these are the two that I use right now.
