Twitter Data Does Not Appear in Open Site Explorer

Hi,

I ran a search of more than 10 of my competitors in Open Site Explorer to have insights on their social activity. In every case I found "NA" marked against Twitter data. Does it mean there is no activity being performed by the urls against which i am running the query? Or it is something else?

Wondering since there is much activity and data of course against Facebook and Google+ (same urls yeh!)

Anybody could find time to share her/his knowledge please.

Yes - this was explained here:

Long story short - they deprecated counts in button. And many services can't get anymore tweet numbers of links. Moz team know about this and as we discussing in Twitter with Rand they working on alternative solutions.

Yes, it's true of all services that used to provide Twitter numbers -- including ShareMetric, etc. Glad to see it confirmed here, though, and we're eagerly awaiting a solution!
