Facebook listing not found

Kinda new to Moz Local. Up until about 5 days ago, I was getting 96-97% reported by Moz Local - then suddenly that dropped to 84% and Moz Local reported that my Facebook listing wasn't found. I'd seen face book come and go, sometimes Moz Local would say FB couldn't be reached but usually it would show up later that day and I'd get 96% again. But now its been about 5 days and FB keeps showing up as no listing found. I completely retyped in my FB url and verified everything but still Moz Local won't update.

Hi David - Sorry about the issues you seem to be experiencing with Moz Local. While we allow you to enter your social URLs we actually pull the data via an API using your name address and phone number. In order for us to make a connection with Facebook you'll need to make sure the name, address, and phone number match up exactly with what Moz Local displays. The phone number on the Facebook profile was inadvertently deleted. Put it back and now Moz Local is good again. Thanks so much!

Hello James,

Maybe you can help.  My clients company name is slightly different on their Facebook page than on their Moz local.  I would change this but we have more than 200 like to the page and Facebook wont allow me to change it now.  Is there anything we can do to correct this?
